Marilyn Watson is the author (with classroom teacher Laura Ecken) of Learning to Trust: Transforming Difficult Elementary Classrooms through Developmental Discipline. She is past director of the Child Development Project, which is considered by some to be one of the most effective moral development projects ever implemented.
