This short guide takes the school administrator through several steps that should be considered when a death—accidental or other—occurs in the school community. Its primary aim is to facilitate the process such that necessary issues are addressed, and the individual members of the school community are supported appropriately. It is not published by CSEE; we offer it because of its exceptional quality and assert that a copy of the book should be within easy reach of at least one administrator in every school.
